You are not crazy,
you are grieving.
Grief can make you feel like you are losing you mind. But your mind is not lost, it’s just trying very hard to make sense of what makes no sense, and to find a new direction in the chaos.
It’s okay not to be okay, and it’s okay to give yourself permission to figure out how to grieve as you go.
Day by day, moment by moment, step by step, breath by breath.
Learning how to be compassionate and kind towards yourself will help you carry the weight of your grief, and allow your brain and our body to find ways to survive.
If you chose to embrace your grief, open up to find new ways to soothe your mind and commit to support and nurture your body, eventually you will also rebuild a meaningful life and thrive again.
Not in spite of your grief, but because of it.
